Again chuff I have to agree with you. She shouldn't have been in the toilet. He shouldn't have touched. No one completely without fault.

And I agree with you, if she had minded her own business, none of this would have happened, he was only being sick fgs, he wasn't bleeding to death, over-reaction for camera time, and it ended up with someone being removed and no doubt the tag of "groping"will stick on him, no need for it to happen

Only on TiBB could a girl helping someone who is throwing up be responsible if a drunkard make an untoward advance on her

She went into the toilet to help a man who was drunk and felt ill, not to have sex with him. literally almost everyone would help their friend in that situation.

(although I seriously disagree with the comments saying it wouldn't be threatening if a woman exposed a man in a dark empty toilet... I'd at least feel pretty intimidated, it's not a nice thing to do to anyone of either gender)

It could definitely still be threatening to a man. Many men have been victims of domestic violence for example, so there's no reason to think that a woman can't be threatening towards a man in this situation either.

I don't understand how in any way this is Chloe's fault.

If the girls pulled down Jeremy pants and laughed. I think even if he was pissed about it he would not of felt threatened in the same way. I also think at worse the girls would of got a warning no more.

Half the frigging house was in and out of that toilet to help him when he was ill. Yet it's her fault he pulled open her robe? Ok then.

Although it's impossible for us to judge a double standard as this hasn't happened. On paper it's unlikely the same cause of events would happen though and the woman would just get a strong warning at most.
LOL..just thinking what the general viewer opinion would be on here...and also the housemates reaction. I suspect a lot of laughing, man ups, lucky bastard, etc etc

Exactly as its not the same thing if a woman does it to a man which I am fine with. It's about intent and I think a womans intent would be very different from a mans.

But I've had women grab my downstairs package in clubs. What was their intent??

That's a rather general view when men being raped by women is a thing (if uncommon).

A woman could intend the same as a man. It can range from something innocent to something volatile.

[QUOTE=Lostie!;7469367]It did happen to a man in BB14. Hazel pulled down Daley's boxer shorts. She was warned, but not removed.

That said, I think the context matters. If it happened to a man and he was seriously upset / uncomfortable by it, perhaps the woman would be removed. I'd hope so, anyway.[/QUOTE

I agree wid this 100. I am a woman and personally its unnacceptable. Bb got dis one totally wrong.

I think Jeremy was wrong in what he is perceived to have done but the op asks a question I have to answer with a no,they wouldn't have been ejected likely.

I recall Denise Welch flashing herself at Michael in the house, the bedroom in fact, and she wasn't ejected.

Also at Uni,I have seen guys get into massive trouble for 'inappropriately' being too close to females while on the other hand I have seen females virtually all over guys at Uni,inappropriately touching them and uninvited too, where the guys got virtually laughed at if they made a fuss as to it.

I said on another thread I found it odd anyway that so many females were around a guy being sick, best to just let him get sorted and rather than be there near all the time.
I for sure wouldn't be, even for a friend, I would call to them and say are you okay but I wouldn't be a hand holder while someone was being sick.

If it was clear that it affected him then yes, I think whoever assaulted him would be removed.

If Chloe was like "LOL! HAHA, NICE ONE JEZZA INNIT" I think big bro would have kept Jeremy in even if it did affect Chloe but she didn't show it.

End of the day, though. Even if anyone is clearly assaulted and is LOL about it or EW about it, the assaulter should get the boot no matter what.
