His laughter fueled Perez to take the joke all the way to it's "climax". I don't think Perez would have gone so far with it if it hadn't been for Chegger's encouragement. He may have stopped after the first scene in the garden (which wasn't hilarious to me but it did start the bedroom war) if Chegger's wasn't egging him on.

Keith in the thick of things again - he was the recipient of Ken's final "n" story - we didn't really get a chance to see Keith's reaction but I don't get the impression he was laughing.

Yeah Perez is ridiculous but not actually harming anyone else in any way - I think acting all shocked would have encouraged Perez too - in fact I don't think anything could have discouraged him so why not laugh at his absurdity?

Lighten up people. That entire scene was hilarious and that is a fact. In fact Cheggers laughing his ass off was part of what made that whole thing hilarious. It was so bizarre that they all went off on a banter with each other, whilst Perez was dancing and stripping around the garden. The way BB switched between the two was perfectly orchestrated as well with some great editing. It was like the perfect BB comedy scene in the entire history of every series over every season. If you didn't laugh you have the sense of humour of a brick and trust me I hate Perez with a ****ing passion but that was a hilarious scene through and through.

Even the fact that Cheggers knew and walked into the room in itself was full blown hilarity.

I would have laughed my head off..whilst dying from embarrassment .
The way Perez wound those other housemates up was top telly.
His little orgasmic dance on the other hand was pretty cringeworthy, but I have to admit to laughing out loud at the sheer drama of it all.

Poor Cheggars was a totally blameless bystander.
