Its a con, of course he will get the pass, they are not obliged to reveal their results and are not regulated by anyone either, that's why they use the app and not the web because you cant fiddle the web one that easy.

I would love it if he got he pass but I don't think it will happen. hes in the "love to hate" category but still a lot of genuine hate, kind of an odd twist
