I watch them wobble down the street to the post office to collect their cash, courtesy of me and all other tax payers and then waddle into the cafe to stuff their fat faces with fry ups, dragging their fat kids behind them and they disgust me

I put on 2 stone last year, due to breaking my leg and not being able to walk, which is something I do a lot of
As soon as the cast was off, I started eating less and moving more, its not rocket science
I lost the 2 stone and a couple of pounds more and am now the perfect size for my height and my BMI is as it should be
