She kept repeatedly sticking her face right up to him, he responded by sticking out his tongue/licking motion. When she said don't lick me, he told her that if she kept getting that close to him he would and made a joke that he would eat her up, she then continued to still go right into his face so he continued with the licking motion. It then seemed to descend into a game of sorts,her repeatedly trying to go back into his face again and again, and everytime she leaned into his face, he leaned forward right back at her saying give me a hug/kiss, and then like a game of chase happened. They even ended with him saying, ok no physical contact just say cheers and Katie tipped wine glasses with him. When BB asked her if she felt a line had been crossed she said no everything was "absolutely fine" that she felt Perez was like a child.

If someone kept almost touching noses with me whilst they gave out to me, and refused to get out of my face I might first walk away. If they continued to keep talking and insisting on getting right into my face where they are millimetres from touching, my natural reaction would be to just push them away from me with my two hands (not a huge push just to move them). I would leave it at that and hoped they stopped, but no doubt you would probably get thrown out for "assault" if you did that in the big brother house, so if you can't physically push someone away out of your face maybe that's why he started by staying in the one spot and just sticking his tongue out in a licking way, to keep her away from his face. Getting in someone's face like that could easily result in aggression but I felt his attempt to turn it into a game and the resulting chase thing seemed to break a bit of tension between them I thought.

Because Hopkin's was guilty of possessing 'an ugly face in a built up area' - contrary to Paragraph 64 of Section 32 of the Offences Against Scaring Discerning Adults Act 1927.

Yes he deserved a warning as not only is it touching somebody when they asked him not to its also a risk of spreading germs/infections to other housemates

This is the issue as I see it, there was nothing malicious about it but it was uninvited.

However the space that was in fact actually originally being invaded was his, by Katie Hopkins pushing her face closer and closer to his.

So if he warranted a warning then so did she,since she didn't get one then he shouldn't have either,in my view.

In addition now,I have to be fair here and so I reallycommend her for saying when asked,'had anything crossed a line as to the actions that night between her and Perez'.
She with no hesitation said no, so then,where was the problem and from her own mouth came the facts that there was nothing that needed to be addressed at all, never mind have any warnings issued as to.
