hmm, its an interesting one that, as they actually excluded him from the public vote. They knew from previous voting performance that he was likely to be out (as shown by yesterday) and put Nadia? to the sword because of it. Those that voted for Nadia could claim foul i think.

I think they put him in a secret room because they couldnt afford for a 4th person to leave through the back doors and everything after that is made up by Perez

Perez is bitter that he couldn't leave without losing his fee. He may have tried (possibly via his lawyer) unsuccessfully to negotiate an exit AND keep the money.
