If your worried about ratings than imo, an all-stars with civillian hm's especially c5 ones will probably rate really bad, not very much off the civillian ratings & possibly worse. IMO, it would get much better ratings if it was celebrity only. People only really care about cbb these days anyway. I predict it would get around the same as a typical summer cbb or slightly higher depending on who they can cast, theres some ex cbb hm's who are really big names now. Anyways I'm not that bothered about the ratings as long as I'm enjoying it but it's only cuz you mentioned it & since c5, I prefer cbb by a long hault anyways.

1/4 good civilian c5 series (secrets & lies)
7/8 good celebrity c5 series (all but cbb12)

Imo, thats why just celebs would be better.

If they have the rights for it I would rather see it happen the year the current contract ends. Any other time it would feel odd to have in the middle.

Out of 4 Civilian on C5 = 2 have been good. (BB13 and BB14)

Out of 8 Celebrity on C5 = 3 have been classic (CBB9, CBB13, CBB15), 3 have been decent (CBB10, CBB12, CBB14), and two have been crap (CBB8 and CBB11)

So far, Big Brother on Channel 5 is okay.
Celebrity Big Brother is doing far better, especially over the last year).
