Too many people pretend to love and marry to gain citizenship, then, when they have done their time, disappear off in to the sunset. Its the oldest trick in the book. Marriage is no guarantee of citizenship

The interesting story is the third and fourth paragraphs of the letter.
Her original residence card states that she received it on the basis of being a family member of an EEA National. A friend of mine got a similar card for his Cuban Wife. To get the card on this basis, the friend had to be married. So the big question - was Kimberley actually married to her ex, Sasha? |
