I was out tonight, so looking at the list on the BBC website, the impression is that this lot is a bunch of hazbeens trying to prop up their flagging careers.

For instance the first one

I thought it was very bad when Davina kept reffering to Michael Jackson, Jermaine Jackson was suppose to be the Celebrity! It seems as though he only got because of his brother and she un-knowingly implied this quite strongly.

1.Jermaine Jackson - clueless - he fills the jackie stallone slot.

2.Danielle Lloyd-airhead, when being a "wag" is the meaning of your life you are a waste of oxygen.

3.Ken Russell -Why ?, maybe he's lonely - or doing research for one of his twisted shaggathons set on a reality tv show - would like to think its the latter, suspect the former

4.Jo O'Meara - May as well have "comeback chance" tattooed on her forehead - has a good chance of winning, the puppies were a good idea, the viewing public likes puppies [especially in Korea - where they really like puppies]

5.Leo Sayer - My G*d - a HM with a personality !!!, I may not paticularly like him, but won't deny he probably has what it takes to win, or he'll turn out to be a complete psycho - my bet to win it unless he does a feltz

6.Shilpa Shetty -So far up herself she's in danger of disappearing - the first to walk ??
.
7.Carol Malone -Was on TV 3 days ago in a review of the year crucifying Chantelle - whilst I have no objection to anyone attacking that particular airhead on TV, the woman is clearly a hyporite after a bit of the old fame for herself, hoping for a bizarre hot tub accident may be a bit much so I'll stop now

8.Donny Tourette - as I said in another thread, wants to be Axl Rose but is actually a Plastic Bertrand clone, hard boy tough street kid rocker turns out to be from Buckinghamshire, from a well off family and already knew Leo Sayer because of that - so much for street cred. He's a freak, rich kid playing street tough - end of list, bye bye, go home to mommy.

9.Ian Watkins - Outed himself today - one might suspect he thought someone he knew would out him when he went in the house, well if so, with friends like that he don't need enemies, good luck to him but I don't he'll win - too wishy wasy

10.Cleo Rocos - Big everything - my second choice to win after Sayer, though suspect she is a rabbit boiler or just a fruit loop
.
11.Dirk Benedict - Not sure what to make of his George Peppard impression with that cigar - obviously needs the money, and as he's already been paid maybe he can give us a few laughs, won't hold my breath.

Well, not that ive heard of many of them (5 in total, are to my knowledge) but my view on then so far are:-

Ian 'H' Watkins - Love him. was always a friendly sort and a sure favourite to win

Shilpa Shetty - Who? Yes she is beautiful but she can never win. she has nothing to offer and i struggle to find 5 peole that have heard of her.

Donny Tourette - what a idiot!

Danielle Lloyd - Brainless and trying to work the 'im cute and stupid' game which does NOT work for her.

Dirk Benedict - bit of a nothing but could soon have more to offer.

Jermaine Jackson - Bit of a weirdo but then he is a Jackson. People will be more interested in his family rather than him i think.

Leo Sayer - I do like him. Seems really kind and genuine. Well genuine apart from the hair

Ken Russell - an insane old bloke who really doesnt know why he's there

Carole Malone - i do like her. very bitchy sort but she is a journalist

Cleo Rocos - i do like her. seeems really genuine

Jo O'Meara - Love her. Mainly because of S Club but she is a favourite of mine already.

I dont know if its because they're the only two i mainly know anything about but i love both Jo and H (Ian, whatever). My favourites just now

1.Jermaine Jackson - He doesn't seem the whole thing about BB. He looked quite lost. Also presumed everyone knew who he was which is a bit big-headed.
2.Danielle Lloyd- Oh I love her!Shes like a big pink bubble.
3.Ken Russell - Weird.Just weird.
4.Jo O'Meara - Shes lovely!
5.Leo Sayer - Seemed quite nice. Might be the joker of the house.
6.Shilpa Shetty - She seems to be really famous in India. Should act more like her herself instead of going on about the fame.
7.Carol Malone - I heard she was mean about Chantelle. That certainly doesn't bote(sp) in my books.
8.Donny Tourette - P***k
9.Ian Watkins - I love him!Hes so chirpy!
10.Cleo Rocos - Bit weird but she seems nice
11.Dirk Benedict - Well what an entrance! Like Shilpa needs to be himself.

Jermaine Jackson - Complete plank. Obviously thinks he is far superior to everybody else in there.
Danielle Lloyd - Airhead - waste of a housemate. Don't tell me she would be interested in Teddy Sheringham if he wasn't an extremely rich footballer, whose money she could spend all day long.
Ken Russell - First glimmer of hope. Very talented and entertaining guy.
Jo O'Meara - Seems lovely. Very sweet, friendly and down to earth.
Leo Sayer - Couldn't decide if I really liked him or found him intensely irritating. Seems like a fun guy, but could get on your nerves a bit I think.
Shilpa Shetty Divas are the same the world over it seems. It's hard to feel sorry for someone who says things like, "It's a hard life, I travel everywhere with a large entourage." Yes Shilpa, it must be very hard having a huge crew who will do whatever you want whenever you snap your fingers
Carol Malone Never have liked her. But at least she might put stand up to a few people who could do with being stood up to. I can't see her thinking very much of Danielle Lloyd.
Donny Tourette Complete %&Ł*. Thinks he's really anarchic, edgy, original and dangerous. He isn't any of those things. Everything he wants to do has already been done on a bigger and better scale than he can ever hope to achieve. Hopefully he will be the first one out.
Ian Watkins Reminded me of Leo, but 30 years younger. Actually seemed a far nicer guy than I expected.
Cleo Rocos Mad as a hatter - which is no bad thing. I liked her.
Dirk Benedict Wow - still looking good! Seems to have a great sense of humour. I hope he does well.

To be fair, if Jermaine Jackson was not Michael's brother, he would not have got in the house on the back of his own success. He obviously thought that he was far more famous in Britain than he actually is.

1. Jermaine Jackson

Seems a bit grumpy but going to give him a chance over the next few days.

2. Danielle Lloyd

Nice person who will hopefully bring a few laughs to the show.

3. Ken Russell

Top bloke from what i have seen so far, should provide us with some decent entertainment.

4. Jo O'Meara

Down to earth girl who again should be pretty entertaining.

5. Leo Sayer

Nice guy, can see him being great entertainment.

6. Shilpa Shetty

Don't really know what to think yet, she seems nice enough though.

7. Carol Malone

A bit annoying to be honest but going to give her a chance.

8. Donny Tourette

Not a fan at the moment, far too cocky and up himself.

9. Ian Watkins

Seems pretty genuine so far, have to wait and see how it goes.

10. Cleo Rocos

Not really got an opinion yet, again seems ok though.

11. Dirk Benedict

Great guy, probably already a strong candidate to win.

True.

What career does Jackson have? Zero.
