I actually find normal noms boring I usually tune it out, although, what I do hate is when they reveal a big twist in the middle of the day and not live...

One of the best aspects of BB for me is seeing how people choose to nominate, I absolutely hate it when they mess around with that process. From the sounds of it, everyone will at least be nominating despite the fact that they're shoehorning another twist into it.

Maybe the Timebomb will be that it goes back to Friday night, and Nick gets to re-nominate.

I really don't mind BB having twists along the way during the series, but I had nomination twists.
