I'm pleased to see that a pair of blue tits are interested in our bird box in the garden. We've been lucky to have "occupants" for the past two years - it would be nice to have them again for a third year. (I like my bird and wildlife, can you tell?!)

In fact, this picture still makes me go aaaahhhhh ......

You've got to ask yourself how it got up there in the first place.

Someone must have put it on that flower.

It could hardly have clambered up there on its own, could it?

Back to the good news

Graeme's tests have all come back clear, so we've been told to put the pains down to being muscular skeletal (growing pains.)

The doctor thinks that the pains will just go of their own accord in time.

BTW, Graeme's grown another inch! He's now 5'8"

I hadn't thought about that James. Good point. Pay attention at the back!

Quote from the original article on the Sun Online:

Quote:
WAKEY wakey, petal! Sleepy the baby dormouse curls up on a daffodil as spring-like weather slowly stirs him from his winter hibernation.

The dozy mite was placed on the flower by staff at the Secret World rescue centre near Taunton, Somerset.

They have been caring for Sleepy and his brother and sister Stretch and Yawn since they were found abandoned under a hedge last autumn.
So no animal cruelty involved, I'm happy to report.

P.S. Great news about Graeme's test results, Janette. I'm so pleased to hear that everything's OK.

5'8"!!!!! What on earth are you putting in his tea?????

Cool! How long til your gonna be a granny?!

I cant wait 2 B a granny! I dont even plan on having any kids for at LEAST 10 years, but I think being a granny is more fun coz U get to be nice and fun and take the kids out, give them presents etc, but U dont have to tell them off and U can hand them back to their parents!

Much more fun!

Congrats ROB!

BRILLIANT NEWS ROB -

Couldnt happen to a nicer person.

Better get the practice in, cos you never know when a certain young couple may need your services as a baby sitter.

Thanks folks! Not until the beginning of October, but my fingers are already itching to start knitting!

I have known for FIVE WEEKS, but was under orders to keep it quiet until now. I can't tell how difficult it has been. You know me!!

Lovely pictures, thanks!!

Congratulations Granny ROB

I think it's wonderful news and not wanting to steal anyone's thunder but I'm also going to be a Granny again in July. My daughter had a little girl last July and this July it's my son's turn. Their first baby is due on July 26th. I can't wait, especially as this will be my first grandson.

Lots of love, ROB, aren't we clever? XXXXX
