It was definitely shown on TV,I thought it was the Monday highlights show,but not many seem to have seen it ,so it must have been BBBOTS that shown it,it was DEFINATELY read out as they thought it was Nick that said it and were shocked it was Danny he made out he couldn't remember.

Just sounds like a case of his agent threatening C5 with legal action and C5 have cried and removed the clip.

Pretty sure this is exactly how it went!
Danny's agent has demanded they prove he posted it and they can't and therefore don't want to take the risk of being sued.
