..Amy, I had a boyfriend who slept with one of my good friends, it didn't really bother me at all, it really didn't because it showed me that he wasn't someone that I would want to be with so really was a good thing and she wasn't a friend that I would 'keep' through my life/so all good really...they got married eventually and then cheated on each other/separated/divorced etc ...and I have Mr Ammi, who is definitely a 'keeper' so all good and roads that are meant to be travelled...

I think about 6 months ago I'd have been in bits, I'm sad of course but I feel like a sense of relife if that makes sense, I'm in the frame of mind that its his loss he messed up so I wont let him have the satisfaction of me being angry or upset. The messages off him have been sly though, blaming me fornot wanting to work it out or listen to his explaination and then the 'I'll delete your number if you want I only want to see you happy' crap haha

..the 'blame' is just deflecting his feelings of guilt and what he's done, how he justifies to himself but he can't deflect anything onto you unless you receive it and allow him to and you won't, you'll let him keep it all for himself and let him learn from it...(maybe..)..he was what you needed in your life 6 months ago and made you feel good so keep that bit of it/don't lose that...don't think that it was in any way a waste of time because none of it was....

You have lost NOTHING, because with a deceiver you cannot even be certain that the good times you thought you had with them were genuine, or that the sweet words they have had to say were sincere, and so you have done absolutely the right thing.

I have found in life that when one door closes another definitely opens, so it will not be long before you meet the person who you are meant to be with.

HE is the one who will NEVER find contentment or fulfillment, I can assure you of that.

Doesn't sound worth your love tbh Amy. You're a lovely girl and if he can't appreciate just having you then clearly he shouldn't be in the relationship. I know you'll feel sad and betrayed at the moment but look on the bright side I'm sure you'll find someone soon who loves you and only you and that's what you deserve. If he can't be honest with you then I think you've done the right thing in dumping him!

Well done Amy, like BB6 I wasn't keen after the holiday thing but it's easy for someone on the outside with no emotions involved to say get rid of him, glad you were strong enough to dump him.
