i wouldn't wish harm on Janice, but she is and always has been an attention seeking over actress prone to exaggeration at every opportunity. She had a very painful bee sting with an allergic reaction. Not nice for anyone to get, but I do think she took the opportunity to milk it for all it was worth given her current popularity standing with the public and within the house

I find it quite disrespectful towards people (I'm not directing this at you, but to some of the people on social media who have had more 'extreme' reactions) who suffer from epilepsy and go through these intense, distressing and sometimes life-threatening seizures on a daily basis that their experiences are being compared to what happened to Janice tonight. That's not true actually, the first thing medics do is make sure the person having the fit is not surrounded by anything they can harm themselves with then attempt to cushion their head if they are laying on the ground or are falling to the ground, when they stop convulsing they then make sure they don't swallow their tongue and that their airways are clear.

You don't have to be epileptic to have seizures. The fact that people live with epilepsy doesn't mean that those who have non-epileptic seizures should feel bad for it... If anything the opposite; everyone I know with epilepsy is on meds to help their seizures and I don't have any options other than 'don't stand up too fast' and 'make sure people around you know it'll happen'

Doubt he'd ask for assistance if he thought she was faking it. He'd have just handled the situation himself.

Well she wasn't close to anything, was she? Airways aren't checked until there's more than one person present and tongue swallowing is a myth.

it wouldn't have been particularly professional for a paramedic to burst out laughing if her antics were fake either. So, I don't think you can read anything into his demeanour. Bear in mind, they would have to get his permission to show that segment too

As I just said, she was clear of the chair. And seeing as we didn't see her fall and she was fairly far away from it, I'd assume he'd already moved her.

We saw an actual medic call for back up, why the **** are you all still calling bull****?

I wasn't trying to suggest that for one moment?! If that's the way it came across then I apologise. My point was that people who fake a seizure should feel bad for it because it is disrespectful to anyone who has a seizure- epileptic or not. Again I apologise if my choice of words was poor.

And how many people have you ever met who have faked a seizure?! I appreciate your explanation but as someone who does suffer from non epileptic seizures I read your previous posts as effectively accusing me of faking it because I don't have an official diagnosis of something which makes it 'okay' to have seizures. When honestly with all the tests I'd prefer that

Yeah she was close to the DR chair which she had lay down next to when she carefully lowered herself onto the floor during her 'fit'

The rest of your post isnt true either tbh people having a fit can bite their tongue and choke or their air passages can become blocked.

Nor would it be professional for a paramedic to react in a lax manner to a potentially serious situation because he thought it might have been fake (which has been suggested with the "Well he didn't seem to find it too serious" argument.

My point was simply that he reacted in a way that absolutely suggested he took it seriously (his personal beliefs about which we know nothing being irrelevant).
