I have one of these each morning (sweetened ones) and they are amazing. Creamy, no lumps. Just add boiling water, stir 30 times and add a wee bit of milk

For me if i drink coffee, it makes me agitated and somewhat spirited and then afterwards very tired.

Luke, it is probably counteracting your thyroid meds. It acts as a duretic and sends the meds out of your system before your body can absorb or utilize it.

Most pharmacists recommend not drinking coffee at all on those meds... I choose to just drink it long after I take them... So take the meds early morning but don't start the coffee till late morning
