Its worth bearing in mind if you get tired first thing in the morning
I remember my pal John as we were going away to man City and the week before he was tired a lot and then next he was thirsty as hell all day at the footy and acting strange, drink after soft drink next thing he was in hosp and has been diabetic ever since ![]() |

![]() I have one of these each morning (sweetened ones) and they are amazing. Creamy, no lumps. Just add boiling water, stir 30 times and add a wee bit of milk its amazing |

Luke, it is probably counteracting your thyroid meds. It acts as a duretic and sends the meds out of your system before your body can absorb or utilize it.
Most pharmacists recommend not drinking coffee at all on those meds... I choose to just drink it long after I take them... So take the meds early morning but don't start the coffee till late morning
