I greased and floured the cups before adding the mix and they just slid out of the cup without sticking.

![]() I made your chocolate recipe Will but I separated the mix into 4 espresso cups. They still took a full 2 minutes (all in the microwave at the same time) and they worked out well and were delicious. I will be experimenting with more flavours now I have this....Thanks!
