Do they do interviews throughout the episode and then Sugar fires three in the boardroom? Or do they do one interview round and then firing one of the five, and then more interviews and then a double firing, leaving the final two?

Well I've only seen last years interviews and they were like the former.

Do they do interviews throughout the episode with different advisers and Lord Sugar fires three in the BR.

Charleine's a gonner either way tbh, so idc about ha as long as Vana makes it. But I have a feeling Vana has more of a chance and I'm feel quite confident she could make the final.

I'm rubbish at predicting TA finalists, but Vana is the only one I'm confident about. Although i said the same last year about Roisin (I think the 'Roisin effect' is definitely catching on Jason )

I still don't understand what's so great about Richard so just hoping he doesn't make the final 2 tbh
