Fact is though, the girl isn't ugly. I mean yeah she has glasses, braces, bad dress sense and terrible hair. But the point of the show is that she'll probably get rid of all that and become a really pretty girl. If you search for her pictures of what she looks like normally she's very pretty. So it kind of makes the show a bit upsetting - what about people who actually are considered ugly? Not everyone can just get rid of things like braces and become beautiful.
