You're saying that you think Sam's eviction was ok just because you didn't like her? And you're saying that Nick, Danny and Cristian were good finalists?
Well given it's the only time the producers did something right in a mess of a series that is a BB16, then yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. But no at Nick, Danny, and Cristian being good finalists. They were awful and bland.

But it was so grossly unfair regardless of who you like, so I don't understand

Plus Sam would've finished 6th place 6 days later, so she was no big loss really. Whereas Chloe went to win the series

I mean the twist is unfair, but it saved Chloe from eviction and secured her winning over 5 trashy males so I'm glad

I personally think Danielle being evicted without a public vote by two irrelevant housemates who'd only been in for 4 days a year earlier was more unfair than Sam's Cashbomb eviction thingymaflop

Same for me.

I don't like the negative vibe VTE creates.

I think they were both as bad as each other - the principle is the same. Same with Marlon.

Danielle's is the most unfair eviction of all time, especially considering two non entities culled her.

Marlon would've been nominated and out that week had it been a normal eviction with a VTE public vote. Him pressing the button cost him I think. So again, the only difference his none public vote eviction made was him leaving 4 days earlier

This is all speculation though. I think no one should go without a public vote under any circumstances.

Katie Hopkins was well-liked, hence why she came so close to winning. That sounds fair enough to me.

Exactly, well liked, even though she was a despicable human being.

But if enough people thought that they wouldn't have voted for her and she would have gone much sooner. The same principle in reverse applies to VTE except VTE boots out the interesting ones.

No because many people who agreed she was vile would have voted to save her for entertainment.

You're jumping to the conclusion that people vote based on who they "like" or "dislike" as people. It doesn't always work like that.

I hated Jade as a person in BB16 but she was a decent housemate for the TV she made.

People won't vote for horrible people in a VTS
80% of people voted to save a man who threatened to shove an epilator up a woman's vagina, whilst also threatening to knock that same woman out over somebody who's only crime was just arguing with that same woman the week she was up.

So you voted for Jade? The thing is with VTS you have to do something positive to stay, whereas with VTE you don't have to do anything.

I've not seen that series so I can't comment.

I mean, BB16 isn't even a year old and I barely remember anything Simon or Sam did or what their voices sound like, and if you were able to get through Days 18-53 of BB16 and still value whatever contributions Marc made, then I don't know what else to say because our personal values and viewing values are clearly so out of whack (which is fine, but why bother going on and on about him)
