Well we cant really say they are two-faced. They have reasons, be it that they stem from individual experiences, or thinking about the group on the whole or they are doing a favour to the person they have nominated.

I thought Cleo nominating Ian and the other way around kind of evened itself out. I was shocked at Ian nominating Jo but understand as his reasons were good. Shilpa backstabbing Dirk was the biggest shock for me...she flirts with him then nominates him.
