To describe its texture the closet thing I can think of is snot. It is absolutely horrendous when its sliding down your throat. Just completely gross

Its a veg found in tropical countries. It has no taste so you have to add sh*t loads of salt to get any kind of flavour and the texture is just gross. When its boiling you can see the mucus coming off it.
