I agree. Death threats over a TV show? What has the world come to.

It seems there is much more footage of them behaving badly, so I guess they didn't use it all.

Should they have done what they did with Jodie Marsh and cut it every time she talked about Jordan, which was only cut as Jordan could have sued their ass off. This changed the aspect of the show showing that Jodie was being bullied when she had already been told that her words about Jordan were offensive, but continued anyway.

Um...but why should they cut out the bad bits? Aren't we supposed to be seeing the housemates 'warts and all'? Wouldn't it be unfair if everything nasty that someone said was not shown?

So...Jo wants it to be axed? That sounds like someone stamping their feet and throwing a tantrum - just because it didn't go her way, she wants it gone.

If they can find people to take part - there will be a CBB.

The problem is finding the right mix of people. I'll be surprised if there's another CBB. Who'd go on it? There's probably only Jade, Jo and Danielle who are desperate enough to go on.

i'd hate to see it cancelled but i think this rascism thing was taken a bit too far. The UK becoming all high and mighty about rascism puuuleeeeasse! i'm sure everyone makes unintentional "rascist" comments from time to time. Bullying however was rife in that house not racially motivated though but i dont think ruining jo jades and danielles lives as much as we have will make up for it.

I think Jo has a point.

As is evident just reading the vacuous bile on this board, the program has attracted a following of dullards, gullible morons and ignorant, arrogrant self-righteous pontificators who feed off the lies printed in tabloid newspapers and feel nmot a shred of remorse at casting aspersions on others. These people, I imagine, have probably done far worse things in their lives than any of those girls did on what is, and people seem to forget, a game show manipulated in such a wretched way to get viewers.

I find myself isolated on this board, frankly (yes there are a few decent people here I like but they're in a tiny minority). Coming here I feel like I'm sinking in a swamp of stupidity with just my fingers poking from the top. I keep promising to go away and I will eventually, I promise.

I feel like emigrating to a country where there is normality as its clear to me, as it is to John Cleese who made the comment recently, that this country is a mad house. We're run and told what to think by newspapers and the government. It's like a hidden fascism without the stormtroopers.

Before pontificating on swamps of stupidity, it may be wise in future to get someone to proof read your tome for spelling errors, grammar, punctuation and plain ol'l ignorant typo's.

Not all of it is vacuous bile, and not everybody believes everything they read in the tabloids, and not everyone is making assumptions and slating the girls. A lof of it is informative and good to discuss. Noone asked you to post here, so if feel you are "sinking in a swamp of stupidity", you know what to do.

I think there are many informative and interesting discussions on this forum.

I find you comments somewhat elitist. It seems you're questioning the intelligence of people who merely disagree with you and have a strong point of view.

Some of the posts on this forum are over the top and death threats to the HM's are appalling but how seriously are we to take them - hasn't the actress who plays Tracy Barlow in Corrie received death threats?

It's time to concentrate on the positives of CBB. Shilpa is a great ambassador for her country and is conducting herself with the class and elegance we all thought she would. But let's not forget the negatives and here is a great forum for us to discuss them.

I'm not on a swamp, I'm in a swamp. Kindly find somebody to check your own grammatical errors before criticising others.

I didn't say everyone was posting vacuous bile. Please read what I've said. I'm only still around to highlight the stupidity of this whole Jo/Jade fiasco hoping the younguns here will wake up before I do a Captain Oates

This is much more of an intelligent reply than the other two.

I don't see myself as an elitist, but I am a belligerent so-and-so and a bit of a Billy no mates at Tibb. I doubt anyone reads anything I post here anyway!

I have to say, I have not agreed with everyone here, I have had debates with several people over the race row, but...

Although our opinions differ their opinions are always credible and I always respect other people's opinion.

I think you'll find there is only a minority of people on here who wish nasty things on those involved in the race row, apart from what they may feel is just.

Yes there have been nasty things said about the girls, un necassary things even, but these girls including Jo also said nasty, un necassary things, and that is undeniable.

" the program has attracted a following of dullards, gullible morons and ignorant, arrogrant self-righteous pontificators who feed off the lies printed in tabloid newspapers "

I my self am not a fan of the media, and I think you'll find alot of people on these boards are not either.
What has been posted in the media has not ALL been lies - the girls have said these things. And if that is how you want to look at it, then you yourself must admit that when the newspapers say "Jo/Jade has breakdown" "Jade goes to rehab" ...these too must be lies??

Ofcourse everyone has made mistakes, but at the end of the day people saw something on TV which they did not agree with and decided to do something about it rather then sit back and let it happen, and you cannot persecute these people for doing so.

Go one then, emigrate... but you'll find the same thing anywhere you go mate. This world has been far from perfect probably since the beginning of time.
