Jackson and Lateysha have every reason to be pissed off with Emma grabbing for more when they have had nothing and Andy was simply acknowledging that as being their reason....he inferred that the whole " we are a team " and " we are trying to save our food budget " is fake and he was correct.
Andy stands by his three friends in the house and is loyal to them for being there for him so he probably feels in a bad position because of Emmas decision to put herself first. He won't want to go against her.
But what he said in the diary room was accurately true, they are all only interested in getting their fare share and rightfully so, but it's def not for the reasons they're pretending them to be.
At least Jackson was honest and said it out loud which is more than anyone else has....what's a shame is that because he said Emma was selfish to push the button he feels he can't either and he's wrong.

Andy comes across as a very unloved individual with views only he can understand. he feels that by dealing out justice, it kind of makes sense of his lonely life. His views seems to stem from years of being bullied or ignored. He defo cuts a very sad figure and his Husband to be looks even more pathetic. I strongly believe they bounce of each other and are happy in their own little boxes.
