I do feel though Oaker that if the male Housemates have a personality then the same people will call them unlikable, if they don't have a personality like Alex then they're called dull by the same people.

Basically some people will just dislike the male Housemates if they're entertaining or not.

Women vote simple.They hate other women and get horny or motherly over the men.

Most of the voters on this show are women hence why you see women evicted over men all the time. In The house the women relentlessly bitch about each other and single each other out and quite often will fight over the alpha male of the house. Where as the men are usually cool with each other the younger men usually get mother'd by the older women and end up flying under the radar.

I think it's because the type of females they cast are often vapid airhead towie glamour types that don't appeal to many people. Could Laura look at herself enough in the mirrors wherever she went?! I think Jayne has been the exception this year, she's been a fairly good housemate.

Women only tend to win if they are none threatening and self depreciative. Anyone that isn't all 'I'm just a normal down to earth northern lass xx' won't be likely to ever win.

The only real exceptions are Nadia and Hellbeast. Nadia was ultimately lovely and that shone through (and the voting audience was less hateful back then) but Hellbeast's victory is still a ****ing mystery to me.
