So I've played pretty much all of it now (minus the last boss but I needed to go to bed). It is PHENOMENAL. Like I have been so excited for this game all year and it actually exceed my expectations.

I downloaded it this morning and played green hill zone and omg

EVERYTHING about it reeks classic sega, the special stages/stage design/remixed stages/music

I'm so glad I got it on the switch, gonna play it on the train to/from work

I have no idea how/why it's so cheap either

I think its because theres no physical copy or because its short/doesn't take long to complete

I get the fact it's a digital release but it's longer than the original sonic games

My only gripe is the special stages. The controls are too slippery and I only managed to get 2 chaos emeralds by the end of the game

The flying battery boss was so annoying, I lost 8 lives and got timed out on most of them
