No reason to mention it unless there was something at stake between those two people who had 2% between them. Chloe was bottom and Marnie and Bear were competing to not be in that bottom 2 with her. That's why it was mentioned.

They wouldn't mention anything if the vote was Chloe 10% Marnie 12% and Bear 38% and James 40% as the bottom 2 would have been clear.
