I did watch Jersey Shore at the time because it was somewhat of a phenomenon in American culture in its prime, but in reflection I'm not sure if I'm fond of it or not. The others are tragic.

The one (I'm only really) fond of is The Real Housewives (of Beverly Hills, New Jersey, New York, etc.), and that's because I'm genuinely entertained by the lives of these women. Other ones such as Geordie Shore and TOWIE have characters who are utterly vapid and not interesting in the slightest. They genuinely appeal to a 'dumbed-down' audience, which I'm not suggesting means that everyone who watches are dumb. It really depends how you view the show. However, it does explain why there are so many idiots on Twitter and elsewhere justifying the wins of such people like Stephen Bear and Charlotte Crosby with no intellect to their argument whatsoever.

I watched GS till 2016, I used to enjoy it but the enjoyment had gone for me with how over-exposed it had become in recent years, I loved it in like 2013 when it was just a cute show to watch on MTV (not sure cute is appropriate but I can't find anything else ) I also watched the first three seasons of TOWIE before losing interest. Only two I still watch are The Real Housewives of Cheshire and Ex On The Beach (I didn't even watch the last series of either of these but I'm going to catch up on TRHOC and watch EOTB when it comes back on this week)
