I'm always hearing that the Wiccan Rede, "An it harm none do what ye will" (which despite sounding ancient was only made up in 1964) means if you cast a negative spell toward someone in a "ritual" it'll come back on you threefold. It shouldn't matter that this is Trump, they are breaking their own law.
