much rather visit Florida Disney than London, its always pissing it down in England, I won't bother visiting but I guess it be nice for tourists

If they're comparing it to Disney they're gonna fall short anyway. Universal parks aside, nothing compares in terms of a 'theme' park.

The location itself adds to the whole thing.

Can't see many foreigners thinking of rainy Blighty in the same frame of mind as somewhere like Florida or Paris.

They have a resort/theme park that's part of Universal in Spain I believe. It's doubtful universal would build so close to that. That's why Disney would never build here. Plus why build a Disney park in a country where millions of people will travel 4000 miles without hesitation to visit a Disney park.
