Right guys this is the explanation of the Ident
its a helicopter view over a city, look at the Sky scrapers, they have billboards on, Im not sure if it is an eye but it looked like one

it looks like its sun set, I wasnt paying attention enough to actually see if the buildings made a four shape, but it prbably did, theres plent of sky scrapers around

the billboards are not just on 1 building though they are every where, the are only small though, so that some people might not notice
