I hope there won't be nominations! They're the most boring part of the show in my opinion!

Just the whole obvious manipulation of the housemates by the producers, provoking tension, I know that is the point of the show somewhat but not to the extent of last years. Stuff like allowing Jayne to get away with discussing the outside world numerous times and then when she did get punished, it ended up been worse off for the other housemates who hadn't done anything wrong, and eventually ended up getting Nikki evicted, the most entertaining housemate...that was up until she got put back in which spoilt it, and again it was the producers manipulating the show way too much. They got a lot of complaints over that last year and I'm sure it will be their motive to gain the viewers trust back, so I have no doubts that they will try to make this years as great as they possibly can. Only thing that won't be as good is BBBM, Russell was one of my fave parts of Big Brother and it will be very different not having him and his antics and characters, to switch over to after the highlights show.

What do you find boring about nominations? I think they are one of the best parts of the show, each week the suspense at seeing who is up and seeing what the housemates really think of the others without the fear of any retaliation.

Exactly. I loved the nominations during BB7 too, especially with Nikki and Richard's moments in the Diary Room, as well as Ash's reaction.

What's wrong with nominations? Where do I begin?
You spend nearly a whole episode watching housemates pretendinng to struggle to find a housemate to nominate. Most of the time, they clearly have people who they don't like but some of them are so self obsessed that they pretend to think hard about it - as if it's a world changing event. Nomination day is one of my weekly dreads on BB, and I hope in BB8 that they cut them out completely and just announce the results at the end of the episode!!!

omg are u never intrigued to know who and why voted for who? i love nominations episode, its so interesting to see what they have to say and its there u can understand their stategies and the types of groups that have formed in the house.

i doubt they will ever get rid of nominations, its an integral part of the format of the show.
