At least Charlotte has a mother who has instilled manners,education and the ability to speak properly ,which is a bonus in this house.So what if her mom has given her advice,there seems to be a fair bit of outside communication this year,they have all had outside influences. I'de like to know how she has 'dissed' anyone ?

you forget Charlotte also has a good job to make her own money, instead of for example last year's Georgina who was basically a unemployed spoiled brat
