So let me get this straight -
Ellie can insert a finger between Tom arse cheeks and not even a sniff of a warning but Sam gives Jem a cheeky nip flick and gets hauled into the DR.

Usually, I go with the logic of 'it depends how the victim feels about it' and Jemma said she was fine.. I'll have to see if she looks or acts -not fine-, but in all honesty, and I might regret saying this after seeing the show, it just seems like very bad humour.

Genuinely don't understand this one. Jemma said she didn't mind at all and at one stage said she liked it. So why on earth did they call jemma in to check, then not even listen to her? Unless they were hoping she would say she was really offended and that so they could eject him.

He was a bit of an idiot though...who does that

She did tell him not to do it first though. If it had been someone she didn't like I reckon she would have kicked off.

Sam should have taken the warning on the chin and apologised. He really showed his immaturity there.

Don't think he deserved a formal and final warning tbh. Yes, it was a stupid and weird thing to do but Jemma clearly let BB know that she took it as a joke and wasn't uncomfortable with it. A talking to would have been fine.

Jemma has portrayed herself as a dog rough ladette since she entered the house. Sam treated her like one of the lads. The warning from BB was OTT
