Jemma was goading her, Sam just thinks everything is a laugh. He's a bit immature but he's a nice enough lad. I've never seen him raise his voice in anger or be rude to anyone - he's well mannered, which is rare among the usual younger male BB hms.

Sarah is just trying to stay away from her now...best thing to do. She cries too much but that's probably just her way of dealing with it.
Paul is more vulnerable in some respect because he may vent his frustration in other ways by lashing out. He seems to be dealing with it but if she pushes him too far he may get himself ejected...and that would be a shame..but that's what Jemmas trying to do.
