It's a good question. I don't know the answer. I'd imagine alcohol will help you forget, so I believe Jess, and Id also imagine that you'd grow to forget about the cameras over time.

On Question Jury it was sort of easy to forget about the cameras, but when crew members used the breaks to fix our microphones or makeup, or would shout "can you move to your left, you're blocking the camera!" through the window , we couldn't get as "immersed" as I guess Big Brother housemates do

On BB probably very easy. But on EOTB,. its part scripted and the camera people are actually there half the time rather than hidden, so impossible tbh. She should have just owned it rather than using excuses. She chose to have sex on TV to get more work...fine. Admit it.
