Ive lost 5 stone in 5 years.....
No secret diet, just hard work and less food. My weight never bothered me before but 5 years ago i lost my 16 yr old son to legal highs. Well he was a skinny soul, unlike his dad, but i was determined to fit into the top he had on that night so decided then. So another thing, i lose it on here a lot and im sorry for that, but i do struggle with emotions most of the time so im hoping some of you can understand where i come from sometimes....
