Whatever. Where were they when Russia won?
Israel has been in ESC since 1973 and won 4 (!) times while not being geographically in Europe, but it's the most European and most western country you could find in the middle east.
Suddenly everyone is wondering why Israel is in ESC (while they could've cared less had Australia won, and it's on the other side of the world). So yes, people should know how to google and find that Israel is in the EBU therefore is eligible to compete and win.
Israel doesn't shoot gay people and has abortion legalized - would you disqualify Russia or Ireland? We can find injustice in almost every country in ESC.
But it's Israel, the only country in the middle east who actually wants to be there every year and embraces Eurovision. An easy target.
Those who don't want Eurovision in Israel, should first stop using their (partly if not fully Israeli inventions) iPhones, Waze, Intel products, flash drives, cherry tomatoes, Get Taxi, Wix and the list goes on.

Oh and Europe voted Israel to win. That's the game. People should deal with it.
