I generally wouldn't mind the idea of convicted terrorists being kept in solitary confinement if this issue is as commonplace as the report suggests.

Death sentence for treason. Bring it back.
Providing of course there is 100% proof of guilt. You want to blow up, stab, shoot or run over innocent people going about their day to day life..then be prepared to take the consequences
