is he lying, either way it would be hilarious. it would be more secure than a house necxt door because the floor is thicker thgan the walls. i would like it if the floor was reinfortced glass and those downstairs could see upstairs and vice versa, although there may be a problem with skirts if they did that!!!

erm hate to be the one who says this but it is very unlikely as unless when they first built the house it was built with a basement you can't just create one with out knocking down the whole house digging new, depper foundations. i'm no builder but i think its unlikely.

but saying that there wont be any foundations where the garden was and since bb3 had a massive garden about half of the whole compound area its possible they dug really far down there then lied the wooden boxes, which we have seen in prevoius pictures, over the top remembering we saw 3. 2 of them we know have become gardens. still it would have been a huge job but this is possible.

reading plans is not as easy as it looks - it could be that housemates descend into the main house via a spiral staircase, I am sure there would also have been a huge amount of possible plans submitted before the real ones were decided so these could be fakes
