Well, I knew that one of my best friends is gay when we were about 15, and he didn't come out until he was 19. Although sometimes I wonder if I just convinced him that he's gay by saying it so often . Not saying it in a derogatory way mind - it was just really obvious

If he was 15 he probably was confused or didn't want to make it public .

You can't always tell people's sexuality , look at Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen the interior designer from changing rooms ,he had a flamboyant dress sense and mannerisms but he's straight and happily married to his wife and has kids .

And you can get the toughest and "manly" looking man who's gay .
So stereotypes aren't always accurate.
