I think roughly:
20-35ish = "adult but still young" 35-45/50ish = "adult" 50-60 = "middle aged" 65+ = "old" edit: I know people seldom live to 100-120, but middle age is more a time of life/frame of mind than a literal midway point, and with life expectancy growing people in their fifties way well see 100

It so depends on the individual and your perception can depend on people of that age you have experience with so it’s just so subjective but I’d say from my experience it’s around 70. I’m honestly not scared of getting old the only thing I’m petrified of is death :x
