They are quite a distance apart, so it's possible they were farting around and did monkey noises for whatever stupid reason, causing the black guy to take offence even though it wasn't aimed at him.
I'm not saying that's what I think happened, but it's possible. They didn't even seem to know he was there until he shouted to them.

I don’t think it was racist, the guy doing the filming is aggressive and has a chip on his shoulder and looking for a confrontation.
