Never... the ladies like to breathe.

I'll throw on a robe to go the bathroom... but other wise I sleep naked anyways so why would I cover it up in front of my partner? Makes no sense

The most confusing thing that happens in TV / movies is that people have sexytime, and then they have a chat, and then they're like "Oh we need to go or we'll be late for [whatever]" and the guy gets out of the bed... ... ...

... and he has underwear on??

What has happened? Why would this be? Has he shuffled his boxers back on under the covers? Did he never take them off, and just pop his penis over the waistband like a groundhog? Balls dangling out of the leg hole? I'm just utterly bewildered by this directing choice. If you can't show genitals, just cut away without showing anything! Or film from the waist up! Don't be adding magically appearing undergarments.
