If I were ITV I would just give Cowell a better deal on BGT, and axe X Factor completely.

Start with The Masked Singer & Saturday Night Takeaway in January, the start Britain's Got Talent in Feb/March so that the live shows can air weekly instead of nightly. Keep Voice Kids in the summer followed by The Voice UK the autumn slot alongside I'm A Celeb.
