Twitter being bitter and acting as if Divina deserved to win more than The Vivienne is... honestly baffling to me? There's so much "but Divina had such a good track record!!!!" sentiment out there when Viv had a better track record, even taking the bottom two placement into consideration, and Divina won a challenge that she should have been in the bottom two for, and she can sing in five languages in four and a half octaves while doing the splits, red wig and a silver dress, I don't think!

Good series, the right winner, kinda boring finale (I skipped through most of the podcast section, all of the overly-American "what would you say to little Matthew?" section, and a solid chunk of AJ Pritchard teaching Baga Chipz to tango)

...Divina was always going to be perfection in the singing/dancing challenge..but the Viv performed amazingly as well..and that’s a winning queen, to have completely dispelled what had been her nemesis challenge, type...in the runway, she was like a Disney princess....if Cinderella did drag at the ball, she would be The Viv...and she was the better lip sync also...they’re both gorgeous, talented queens and it was always going to be close...but in the final challenges ..?...I think the best decision was made...

The right one won. I love Davina, but The Vivienne had the whole package from the start. And THAT DRESS she wore was just fabulous!
Overall, a really great season, so fresh, so new, and I can't wait for season 2.

Can’t say I’m a little gutted, Divina had been my solid favourite from the second episode onwards and the edit was leaning a little more in her favour so I did think she would snatch it. The Vivienne is a class act though, and if anyone one else was to win over Divina, I’m happy it’s her.

With regards to the actual episode, it just fell a ~little~ bit flat for me, for a finale anyway. Didn’t really feel like it went out with a bang, more a fizzle. The last three episodes haven’t been great tbh, I’d say the peak was around episode 3-5. But then again, that may just solely be the challenges (and I don’t think I commented in last weeks thread but the judging was atrocious, Cheryl should’ve obviously won.)

Divina and Cheryl are FOREVER in my hearts though and I hope we see them both return either for a UK AS or a US vs UK series.

Yes they had a reunion meal but Scaredy Kat didn't show up. They said she was the first to drop out the WhatsApp group when the show started airing.
