I loved Bill, wish she was still there instead of ... whoever the current ones are.

But as for her exit, I think it would have been more effective if she'd have remained a Cyberman, or died as one.

She effectively did. Her ending was basically Moffat's version of an afterlife.

Why do both of Moffatt's main companions end up having to spend the rest of their lives travelling through time and space with someone they hardly know and they both had some form of death before this!

If they knew she was just a 1 off character for that series they should've given her a really dramatic, sad ending like with Donna
