[edit] This is of course all irrelevant to this thread because whether or not mass messages go out WILL be down to the small operators, not the host network. I forgot what the thread was about...

ive always had coverage wherever i have been in the UK, and I have found that vodafone has more tie ups across the rest of the world, including some pretty obscure places compared to other networks
