This kind of thing happens far too often for my liking .. .. I wonder if other countries would have dealt with him in some other way ?

Surely if we know or suspect someone is thinking / planning a terror attack we should be able to refuse entry or deport them ??

The man held on suspicion of killing three people at a park in Reading is Khairi Saadallah.
The 25-year-old from the town was arrested at the scene on Saturday and police say they are not looking for anyone else over the terror incident.
Sources told the BBC he is originally from Libya and was brought to the attention of MI5 in 2019.
PM Boris Johnson said he was "appalled and sickened" by the attack in Forbury Gardens on Saturday evening.
Security sources told the BBC the suspect came to the attention of the security services after they received information he had aspirations to travel to Syria - potentially for terrorism.

...Withano ...with random terrorist killings like this, we always think of how it could be any of us, enjoying a day out etc...but when the images are of familiar places we frequent as well ...and when the victims are connected in some way as well..?...it just chills right through us...I’m sorry for how you’re feeling right now on a personal level and I’m so, so sorry for the loss to your friends who knew the victims.....
