Even easier:

1. Open WMP
2. Click File
3. Click Open Url
4. Enter "mms://a1729.l2168647534.c21686.g.lm.akamaistream.net/D/1729/21686/v0001/reflector:55571" w/o quotes
5. Click Ok

You don't even get the ad that way.
