oh wait, our traditional christmas food is similar to in germany, stollen





this one is traditional christmas cake in france/belgium/switzerland, french canada, luxembourg, lebanon

this is Japan's version of christmas cake, a very light sponge

I adore Stollen.
The more marzipan, cherries and almond flakes the better.
But I eat too much of it so only buy a couple of big ones a year.
